Each one with the model answer underneath.

A Public Bill Committee usually contains between sixteen and fifty MPs. Membership reflects the party strengths in the House of Commons.
- 5

Model answer
A Committee of the whole House is used for a Bill of major constitutional importance. Emergency legislation is also frequently taken that way.
- 6
What happens at report stage?
Model answer
The whole House considers the amendments made in committee at report stage. Members debate and vote on each amendment, and further amendments can be added.
